Peter Little Wing has been out for a little over a year now, but I feel like Peter's journey is only just beginning... I was honoured to be a guest for children's author Gloria J. White on her blog in early February. I read chapter one and we chatted a bit about the background behind Peter Little Wing. You'll want to check it out HERE...and be sure to visit every week for new authors and books! I was also interviewed about Peter Little Wing (as well as Tamara Turtle's Life So Far, and Chloe the Unfeathered Parrot!) by Peter Okonkwo on his YouTube channel, P. English Literature. Check back often for more interviews with authors from all sorts of different backgrounds and books from different genres...for now, CLICK HERE to see my interview! Check out my guest blog on author Sharon Ledwith’s site about what inspired by middle-grade novel, “Peter Little Wing”!
🌿 You’ll also get to read an excerpt from Chapter 1! 🌿 Head on over to https://www.sharonledwith.com/blog/ I’m at another Novotel Pop-Up on Valentine’s Day! ❤️❤️❤️ Find me at Novotel Toronto Centre 45 the Esplanade Wednesday, February 14th 10am - 6:30pm ❤️❤️❤️ ALL my books—from picture books, to Peter Little Wing, to my Trilogy of Horrifically Half-baked Ham, PLUS my Space Zombies DVD—will ALL be available for sale! ❤️❤️❤️ A most merry Christmas Eve to you! Today I offer you a sneak peek at some artwork-in-progress by Gordon Bagshaw for Chapter 4 of book two of my Peter Little Wing book series, Peter Little Wing and the Bay of Islands, featuring Southern tokoeka kiwi, Nandy Enzo (Peter's grandfather), and brushtail possum, Andrew... * * * * * * * * * * * Again, it's not finished, but this gives you a hint of insight into Gord's process. Look how soft and plush Andrew's fur is, and check out the sweet little "beard" on Nandy Enzo! It's details like these that I love so much about Gord's brilliant art. Look for Peter Little Wing and the Bay of Islands in the latter half of 2025!
